This one was a nice surprise. Having not heard of this band before listening to the tape, I somewhat ignorantly assumed what it might sound like and was dead wrong in the process. What we have here is a refreshing dose of punk-inflected hardcore (or vise versa) that I could see carving out a nice niche for itself, especially these days when the raw-punk set can get a little monotonous at times. While this band is from Aichi, Japan, their sound reminds me more of a South American punk band with more bounce and not as distorted. Even their DISCHARGE cover is cleaner than most would expect, and yet it completely works. I could definitely see them on a gig with RAW DISTRACTIONS or THE LAST SURVIVORS and that would be a fun gig, indeed
